You know I (Nelson E. Argueta; webmaster, designer, & author) thank you all for making this site known all over the internet. By far it is one of the most popular sites relating to a film director. And I have ALL of you to thank for making this site worth maintaining.

Although Michael Bay has generously permitted me to use the domain name michaelbay.com, there are some LEGAL ISSUES & facts you should know about. I don't mean to sound like a prick, but these are the responsibilities that come with having a site of this nature.

1.) I am not Michael Bay.

2.) I cannot accept unsolicited material (e.g. scripts, presents, videos, reels, etc.) intend to be received by or for Michael. And I CANNOT direct it to him or his production company. It is unsolicited material and legally I cannot accept it (much less send it to Michael). So, if you send something, I will simply delete it, throw it away, or send it back.

3.) Please DO NOT ASK me for Michael's phone number, address, e-mail address, autograph, request for interviews, asking personal questions relating to Michael. Do not send me emails wanting to be in a movie. If you want any information regarding his current production status or work , please go to the "news" section before you send me an e-mail.

This web site is a tribute to film director/producer Michael Bay. Yes, I've spoken to Michael Bay, and he has seen and approves this site, but I do not work for him or his production company Bay Films. I do not get paid to do this by Michael Bay or anyone or anything associated with him, so therefore, the contents on this page are not infallible (unless specified).
